Collection of server log data

Use of this website includes the collection of date and time of access, amount of transferred data, notification of successful access, browser type and version, user operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

The provider uses the log data without allocation to the person of the user or other profiling in accordance with the legal provisions merely for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation of the online offer. This data is deleted automatically. However, the provider reserves the right to check log data retrospectively if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete evidence. The data are processed on the basis of Section 6 I lit. f) GDPR and serve our legitimate interest in troubleshooting and technical provision.

Collection and use of personal data

These data are processed for the following purposes:

  • quickly establishing connection to the company website,
  • enabling user-friendly use of the website, recognising and ensuring the security and stability of the systems and
  • facilitating and improving the administration of the website.

Processing is expressly not carried out for the purpose of gaining knowledge about the person visiting the website.

Data forwarding to third parties

Personal data will be transferred to third parties if:

  • the data subject has expressly consented to this in accordance with Section 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR,
  • there is a legal obligation for data transfer pursuant to Section 6 (1) lit. c) GDPR and/or
  • this is necessary for the fulfilment of a contractual relationship with the data subject in accordance with Section 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR.

In other cases, personal data will not be passed on to third parties.

Data protection notice for the use of the contact form

The contact form on this website is used exclusively for processing your enquiries and the necessary technical administration. The resulting data will not be passed on to third parties. You can object to the use of the data at any time or revoke your consent for the future. In this case, the data will be deleted immediately. Processing is based on your consent in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a) GDPR.

You can obtain information about the collected data at any time with a telephone call or an e-mail. Your data will also be deleted if we have processed your enquiry or the collection of the data is not permitted for other legal reasons.

Your rights as a data subject

With regard to the data processing listed here, you are entitled to various data subject rights regulated in the GDPR.

Right to information
Firstly, you have the right to obtain information about your data which are transmitted to us and processed by us (Section 15 GDPR).

Right to correction, deletion and restriction
In addition, you can request the correction (Section 16 GDPR), deletion (Section 17 GDPR) and restriction (Section 18 GDPR) of your data.

Right to data portability and right of objection
You also have a right to data portability (Section 20 GDPR) and a right of objection (Section 21 GDPR).

Right to appeal
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. You can contact the data protection supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or our company headquarters to this regard.
